By attending this session, participants will see how course development becomes a multifaceted process where each team member plays a pivotal role, and inspires the interest of both the students and the instructor, maximizing learning opportunities in the virtual classroom.

Connie Gross (B. A, B.Ed, M.Ed) is a Curriculum Consultant at Lethbridge College.  She previously worked (for many, many years!)as the program coordinator / instructor at the Taber Campus of Lethbridge College.  She participated in Lethbridge College's Blended Learning Initiative first as faculty, then as an Instructional Designer.  When not working, Connie enjoys curling, biking, walking and many other activities, especially when she can convince her teen-aged son to join her!
