Tim Winkelmans
Tim has been a leader of distance learning initiatives since 1992 within several ministries and the Open Learning Agency. He is currently Manager of the Distributed Learning Unit, BC Ministry of Education. Tim earned a B.Ed. in secondary mathematics and biology and an M.A. in Computer Applications in Education.
 
Gerald Morton
Director of the Information Department, Gerald is responsible for organizing, analyzing and reporting on information about the performance of the British Columbia education system. Gerald is also responsible for the overall direction and coordination of distributed education (or e-learning). Gerald joined the BC Ministry of Education in 1990.
