Teachers in a distributed learning environment are expected to meet the knowledge, skills, and attributes outlined in Alberta Education’s Teaching Quality Standard, but how can they be sure their teaching is successful? ADLC has developed a process to help the teacher determine teaching strengths and targets for growth. Data collected may be essential to the teacher’s professional growth plan, as well as administration’s evaluation report.
