I wanted to 'officially' or should I say formally thank all of the conference participants for their comments, guidance, instruction, ideas, feedback, interest, and general participation in this conference. I had a wonderful (in the truest sense of the word and it's root 'wonder') time as did my young son and 'heir to the throne'. It was, for him. a singularly important experience and one which I am certain he will reflect back on many times in the years to come. So many impressions, ideas, and interesting people - I wish I could have met and spoken with all of you individually and at length. Events such as these tend to not only provide unprecedented opportunities for learning and growth, but also to provoke special and meaningful insights which might otherwise never occur. I had so many interesting one on one conversations with various individuals, all of whom I wish to say thank you to for being so kind, patient, and generous with an old 'technopeasant' such as myself. To the conference organizers, I wanted to say 'BRAVO -well done!' A lot of work and a great deal of time and effort, all of which conspired to give the rest of us the sort of opportunities that we would otherwise miss. Hopefully there will be more to come down the road. A safe trip home for those whose journeys brought them from far away places and my best wishes to those who took part electronically. Don't we live in an amazing time?
