I'm currently organizing an international conference for August 2008 called Elevate 2008 - Reaching New Heights in Educational Videoconferencing.  This conference will focus on the use of videoconferencing and a blend of other technologies in K-12 education.

We're videoconferencing being used with a blend of technologies (online courseware, document cameras, interactive whiteboards, email, etc.) a lot for full course delivery, teacher professional development, face-to-face course enhancement (e.g. virtual field trips, collaborative classroom projects), as well as administrative uses such as meetings and specialized student services (speech and language therapy, etc.).
